Introduction
Good
morning ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for coming.
Let me start by introducing myself. My
name is Ardini Kurniawan. This
morning, I’m going to give you
some important information about our hotel, Inna Garuda. Inna Garuda is
strategically located at the heart of Yogyakarta and has 17 convention rooms
for MICE events—meeting, incentive, conference, and events.
In
my presentation, I’m going to talk about three main things.
I’ll begin with the hotel amenities.
My second point will be to give you
the information about the room rates. Lastly,
I’ll tell you how to make the reservation.

Body
Let’s
begin with the hotel amenities. Inna Garuda has complete amenities in
international standard such as rooms in various rates, convention, lounge and
restaurants, and other luxurious facilities.
Now,
turning to the room rates. The room rates are available in double occupancy
and single occupancy, and there are also rates for extra bed. The next slide shows you the room rates
for different kinds of room.
My
next point is how to make the reservation. The reservation can be done directly,
by phone or online. If you go online, you can directly visit our website and
fill in the reservation form.
Closing
